These terms continue to apply to previous purchases and subscriptions, which remain active under the terms of their subscription. Schools are bound by the terms of their quote; net prices, VAT not applicable - small business exemption.

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Lockbay (Jean ST FORT, sole trader) and any user wishing to access the services offered on the academy.lockbay.eu website.

Article 2: Services offered

Lockbay offers:

• Free account: first module of each course, introductory courses in full, labs limited to 3 launches per week
• Paid courses: Lifetime access to purchased course content
• Labs Pro subscription: Monthly access to Docker practice environments
• All-Access, Prof Pro, Établissement, Pack Souverain: offers withdrawn from sale, maintained for those who subscribed to them, for the period paid for (lifetime for lifetime All-Access)

Article 3: Registration

Access to the services requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Article 4: Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros; VAT not applicable - small business exemption. Payment is made online by bank card via the secure Stripe platform. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.

• Courses: One-off payment, lifetime access
• Labs Pro subscription: Monthly payment, cancellable at any time
• Annual All-Access, Prof Pro, Établissement, Pack Souverain subscriptions: payment for the period chosen upon subscription (monthly or annual), cancellable at any time
• Lifetime All-Access: one-off payment

Article 5: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's agreement.

By purchasing a course and accessing the content, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Article 6: Access to content

Access to purchased courses is granted for life, subject to service availability. Lockbay reserves the right to modify or update content without notice.

Article 7: Intellectual property

All content (courses, videos, exercises, labs) is protected by copyright. The user agrees not to reproduce, distribute or share purchased content.

Article 8: Liability

Lockbay makes every effort to ensure service availability. However, Lockbay cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

Article 9: Termination

• Labs Pro subscription: cancellable at any time by writing to [email protected]. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Annual All-Access, Prof Pro, Établissement, Pack Souverain subscriptions: cancellable at any time by writing to [email protected]. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• User account: You can request the deletion of your account by email.

Article 10: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of Toulouse will have jurisdiction. French law applies.
